ar L’UPUPA friends, Thanks to the Crowdfunding campaign 16 of our olive trees have found a godfather/mother – see foto (and there are many more who would love to be adopted, this is an ongoing project). Over the last months we had many amazing encounters with old and new friends and the stoke for the L’UPUPA project has been high. Thank you for all those great moments!

we are very moved and even more thankful for all the backers and supporters, who have helped us reach an incredible goal over the last few weeks. Thank you from all of us, we literally couldn’t have done it without you!

It will take a few days until we get all the information from the Wemakeit Team and we will have a little Crowdfunding break (we need to do some work on the farm here:). In the coming weeks we will start the production of all the rewards and we are planning on a delivery mid September. If you would like to make already some holiday plans, you are welcome to contact us for some dates!

Wir haben unser erstes Ziel erreicht und somit ist die erste Phase im Fertigbau unserer Agri-Camping Anlage gesichert. Wir sind hier aber noch nicht ganz fertig, es bleiben noch 4 Tage um unser Projekt und unsere Vision zu unterstützen. Wir haben ein neues Ziel von CHF 45’000 gesetzt, um:

• Das Gemeinschaftsgebäude fertig ausbauen
• Mehr Olivenbäume unterstützen
• Kultur- und Spielplatz vervollständigen
• Agri-Camping Anlagen verbessern und ausbauen

Wow we have already achieved our first goal! Thank you very much to all the backers, fans and friends who forward our e-mails, share our story and help us spread the word!

We have reached our first goal and are in a first phase able to finish the construction of our Agri-Camping facilities. We are not quite done here though. There are 4 more days left on our campaign and that’s why we have set a stretch goal to work on the following:

• Finish the community building
• Help more olive trees
• Complete the cultural space and kids playground
• And improve the Agri-Camping facilities

Liebe L’UPUPA Freunde Die letzten Wochen waren sehr aufregend für uns, besonders auch Dank euch! Makoto nach wochenlangen Kursen hat ihr Agriturismo Diplom abgeschlossen. In der Appenzeller Zeitung ist ein Beitrag über unser Projekt und unsere Olivenbäume auf der Titelseite des Appenzellerlandes gekommen. Und wir hatten tolle Begnungen, Gespräche, Apéros, Emails und Telefonate mit allen von euch.

It has been an exciting few weeks already, very much thanks to you. Also, Makoto got her Agriturismo Diploma after weeks and weeks of courses. Last week we got featured on the front page of the Appenzeller Zeitung part. We got featured by the We Make It team as favorite project. And most important of all, we have had many wonderful conversations, meetings, calls, e-mails and apéros.

We are now starting the last week of our crowdfunding and we’ll need your support for the final push. Please keep sharing our story via e-mail, social media or good old-fashioned talking.

Wow! We are moving forward, we cracked the 10’000 CHF mark and we are extremely thankful for every single one of you! Keep telling your friends to support L’UPUPA so we can realize the Agri-Camping and sustain our farm. You can support our project and become part of our story.

We are starting our third week of crowdfunding with a very special new rewards (marked with ***) a hand-made silk bag, made form fabric we reused from Obis («belt» of the Kimono).
