Happy to accomodate French, English or German speakers, Jamie will happily explain about his choice in the indigenous grapes he works with together with other traditional grapes for the region and also some not-so conventional varieties. He will also talk you through his wine-making decisions and the difference he has sought in the flavor profiles of his wines. And if he really likes you, you might even get a tott of his Scotch whisky!
