This is what it's all about.

In this video, you’ll learn a little more about our project. Please forgive our lack of confidence in front of the camera, but we can’t be champions at everything. We’re pretty good in the kitchen. As for the rest, Hollywood will have to wait :)

Our project is special because - our ethics

Saving the planet is important to you, and that’s good news for us too. So contribute to our project, and together we’ll make a difference.

Our idea: to offer people a healthy alternative to meals on the go, because we can make fast food without clogging up consumers’ arteries, yes, yes, we promise…

So we decided to invest in a food truck. A trailer, in fact.

With this project, we’re keeping the basics of our eatery, namely healthy, gourmet cuisine, without animal products, with the prospect that we can travel, and therefore potentially reach even more people.

Our ethics:

We want to be transparent with you. Our convictions are not just a façade, but a way of life, which we want to share through our recipes. So, with us, no palm oil, no chocolate bars containing more E-something than chocolate, no sodas from unscrupulous multinationals, and no ultra-processed products whatsoever.

So we won’t invest in products from large multinationals that appropriate natural resources to the detriment of local populations, for example. Our recipes include «simili» products, i.e. «dairy» and «meat» products of plant origin. However, while they may fall into the «processed products» category, the ones we buy come from 100% Swiss suppliers who share our values. And they remain healthy, because they contain a minimum of ingredients, all of natural origin.

When it comes to shopping, we give priority to regional products, and when that’s not possible (let’s face it, mango trees in the canton of Neuchâtel are no easy feat), we use local suppliers. And since gourmet food rhymes with chocolate (no, okay, it doesn’t rhyme, but it’s inseparable…) it’s all the same, cacao plantations made in Sion… (and bam, a rhyme), we don’t have any either… So, to be able to consume exotic products without financing forced child labor, the use of roundup to destroy biodiversity or the exploitation of local populations, we rely on the Fairtrade label as a minimum. This guarantees producers a decent income and working conditions, while preserving biodiversity.

That’s quite a program. But it’s for a good cause. We only have one planet, and if we all get involved, we can save it. And us too.

This is what we need YOU for

We already have most of the equipment we need, since we own an existing restaurant.

But to make our project a reality, and to be able to come to you, to let you taste our cuisine - yes, you can see me coming as big as a truck (trailer) I bet… We were short of funds. That’s when we thought YOU could help. There’s nothing like advertising and word-of-mouth to get the word out… And we’ll be more than happy to provide you with a few treats, along with all the other good ideas we’ve come up with, as a token of our gratitude to infinity and beyond.
