Wandelwege – transform your path

I am Tanja Flütsch – nature coach, job coach and forest bathing leader of Wandelwege Coaching. I am passionate about offering forest bathing workshops that help people find more inner peace and a deeper awareness of nature.

I am passionate about supporting people in change processes and motivating them to make self-effective progress on their life path. Since my reorientation as a coach, I have focussed on a holistic and resource-oriented approach. With a great deal of passion, empathy and joy, I help people to discover and develop their inner strengths. My favourite place to work is in nature, as it is an ideal place for personal growth and reflection.

As a forest bathing leader, I help people rediscover the healing power of the forest. Through targeted, guided exercises and mindfulness techniques, I encourage people to marvel, pause and slow down, something that is often neglected in our hectic world. My aim is for participants to experience the beneficial effects of nature on body and mind during their time in the forest. These experiences should help them to become more mindful, find inner peace, reduce stress and refocus. It gives me great pleasure when they return to their everyday lives with a smile on their face, invigorated and regenerated, and can benefit from the positive effects of nature in the long term.

Forest bathing for health and self-efficacy

«Forest bathing», also known as «Shinrin Yoku», is a special form of consciously pausing in nature. Studies show that forest bathing can reduce stress levels, strengthen the immune system and improve self-awareness. My workshops are about introducing participants to the healing power of the forest and guiding them on their path to greater mindfulness and self-efficacy.

«Forest bathing» is a simple way to reconnect with nature and find a source of inspiration and healing.

For body and health: «Breathe freely» – Oxygen-rich forest air strengthens your health and well-being.

For the mind: «Blaze new trails» – Find inspiration and clarity in and with the tranquillity of nature.

For the soul: «Strengthening roots» – experiencing connectedness and strength in the depths of the forest.

With your help, I would like to extend the reach of my «forest bathing workshops» and give even more people the opportunity to benefit from the power of nature.

What I need your support for

In order to sustainably expand my favourite project, forest bathing, and make it accessible to more people, I would like to further develop my community and workshop offerings.

If we reach the CHF 10’000.– your support will go directly towards setting up a physical meeting zone and online portal to promote dialogue between participants and myself and to create new ways of promoting health in nature together. If we reach my additional goal of CHF 25’000.– which would be incredibly fantastic, your support will enable me to make important purchases of mindfulness and nature experience materials such as magnifying glasses, scented candles, cushions, etc. for my forest bathing workshops and the continuous expansion of my meeting zone and the associated online portal.

Together, we can help people to feel better and raise awareness of nature. Every support counts and brings us closer to the vision of a healthier, nature-loving everyday life.
