We have raised 33% of the target funding. That is awesome!

To bring it to the finish line we need more. Our project is in the direction to power women with facts, understanding, and play the bigger game at scale.

You will be able to publish your article on pay warrior website with your name or anonymously. The idea is to share your voice capturing experiences on the following topics:
1. Unequal and unfair pay experience
2. Any other workplace experience with your insights and learnings

Upcoming book & 20 mins chat
You will get first section of the Pay Warrior book (getting ready for launch). I am in the process of reviewing the draft of my book on Equal and Fair Pay. I will share the first section with you which captures the most foundational elements on the topic. This section will help you understand the legal framework, methodology, tools, ecosystem, role of corporates, and more. It's one of its kind and I am sure you would like to get hands on it.

In addition, you will be able to set up 20 mins with me around any question or comments about the read.

2x 30 mins coaching sessions
You will get 20 mins of my time over a zoom call or 1 question about your career. I have coached 100s of women & men mostly in their early to mid stage careers and early-stage founders. My expertise is in strategy roles, consulting, operations, or leadership. My weekends are mostly busy in nurturing human potential. My coaching rate is between 200-250 per hour depending upon the context and amount of preparation I need.

Meet & Greet (virtual)
90-min one to one discussion on the project itself or anything life and career where you think I can be of help. I actively mentor, coach, and guide younger professionals around various topics - leadership, fear, mindset, philosophy of self, and more. I have conducted >25 such sessions with carefully selected individuals and the results are highly encouraging. If you are willing to meet up in Lausanne, we can do that too.
