Our intention with this project is simple: to share our know-how and introduce people to a generous and authentic fusion cuisine. We highlight iconic specialties such as rougail saucisse, our four samosa flavors, as well as our must-try octopus bun, which has become our true banger. For dessert lovers, we also offer indulgent creations such as apple samosas with salted butter caramel or palais breton with lemon and combava cream, a subtle blend of tradition and freshness. Beyond the food truck, we also aim to offer a more gastronomic culinary experience through private events and tasting menus, featuring a refined cuisine that evolves with the seasons. The concept is rooted in a strong local dynamic. Based in Vevey, in the heart of the Swiss Riviera, ROUGAÏL will travel throughout the seasons between farmers’ markets, festivals, cultural events, weddings and community initiatives.
