  • È vero piacere sostenere i giovani imprenditori che hanno la voglia e l’energia di creare in Svizzera delle attività eco-friendly, creando anche una bella rete di collaborazione con altre imprese svizzere... Non c’è niente di più buono di una pizza a lievitazione naturale, ad alta digeribilità con ingredienti genuini. Non vedo l'ora di assaggiare la pizza di ALBA.

  • seit einigen Monaten bin ich in der Planung eines Betriebskonzeptes für ein BISTRO - darin sollten alle Teig-Produkte/Speisen als Exclusivität mit Sauerteig erstellt werden. Obercool, dass IHR da bereits dran seid. VIEL ERFOLG
