Upcycled Linen Bread Towel
The linen bread towel keeps your bread fresh for longer. Linen is naturally breathable, antibacterial and moisture regulating. It absorbs excess moisture protects the crust from getting soft and helps your bread stay crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect for your favourite Freja sourdough loaf. Each towel is handmade in Zurich by rubia_items from upcycled linen and finished with a delicate hand embroidery done by Rumman Embroidery.

Garcoa Chocolate Rolls
A box of 12 Freja sourdough rolls filled with Garcoa chocolate. Slow fermented and baked with our signature dough for maximum softness and flavour. Garcoa produces Swiss chocolate in small batches right here in Zurich. They are women owned and managed and work directly with farmers to create chocolate that is ethical and deeply aromatic. This reward is created especially for the campaign and available in limited quantities.

Join a Sourdough Workshop
Take part in a small, hands-on sourdough workshop at Freja (held in German or English)! Learn the art of fermentation, shaping and baking in a relaxed, welcoming setting. I’m Sarah Asseel, the founder of Freja and a passionate baker. I started this bakery to share my love for sourdough and great bread. For years, I’ve been perfecting distinct flavors, carefully fermented and naturally risen. I work with local farmers and mills who share my commitment to quality and sustainability. I’m excited for this journey and grateful for your support.
