Campaign Update: Thank you so much! What an incredible journey these past weeks have been. The campaign has officially come to an end and we are filled with so much gratitude. 294 of you supported Freja and together you helped us raise 63 341 CHF.

This is far beyond what we hoped for and it gives our new bakery the strongest possible start. Thank you for believing in this project and for helping us build a place where good bread and community will grow side by side.

Construction update: We are very happy to share that we have received the Baufreigabe and construction has already started. The space is being prepared for ventilation, plumbing and the placement of the new oven. Seeing the first walls open and the plans finally coming to life feels surreal in the best way.

Rewards fulfilment: To give you a clear overview of what happens next, we created a timeline that outlines when each reward will be fulfilled. This includes workshop booking, merch delivery and all food related and other rewards. As we move forward, we will contact you with all the information needed to receive your reward, including dates, pick up details or booking instructions. Thank you for your patience while we get the bakery ready to welcome you.

Market update: While we focus on completing the new bakery, we are pausing production until the opening. In the coming months our attention will be on the construction of the space, setting up equipment, building a team and testing our workflow. As soon as we are ready to return to the market, we will let you know. We already look forward to bringing you fresh bread again.

We are now in the last 40 hours of the campaign and only 9% away from reaching our stretch goal, which is honestly wild and beyond our expectations. Thank you so much for every contribution, every message and every share. Your support has carried this project further than we ever imagined.

In a few days you will receive more information about what happens next and when to expect the fulfilment of your rewards. Before that, Christmas is around the corner and we want to make sure everyone who purchased a reward with the intention to gift it receives their voucher on time.

THANK YOU!!! We reached our 50 000 CHF goal and we are honestly blown away by the support. Thank you so much for helping us reach this milestone and for believing in this bakery the way we do. Every single backer helped make this possible and we are incredibly grateful.

STRETCH GOAL. Because we reached the goal earlier than expected we can now unlock a stretch goal. There are still 8 days left in the campaign and we want to use this time to secure one more essential piece of equipment. Our new stretch goal is 15 000 CHF which will allow us to buy one of the two kneading machines we need for the new production space.

This will help us work more efficiently, improve the workflow in the bakery and keep the quality of the dough consistent.To celebrate this stretch goal we are also releasing two special NEW REWARDS.

SPECIAL SOURDOUGH CHOCOLATE ROLLS. A box of 12 slow fermented sourdough rolls filled with Garcoa chocolate. This is a limited reward created especially for the campaign.

HANDMADE UPCYCLED LINEN BREAD TOWEL. A beautiful towel made from upcycled linen that keeps your bread fresh for longer. These are available in very limited quantities.
