I’m Sarah Asseel, the founder of Freja and a passionate baker. I started this bakery to share my love for sourdough and great bread. For years, I’ve been perfecting distinct flavors, carefully fermented and naturally risen. I work with local farmers and mills who share my commitment to quality and sustainability.
