For many years, our hearts have beaten for genuine, sustainable farming on our organic farm. Our tomatoes and cucumbers grow in natural soil, free from chemicals but full of love and patience. However, after over 40 years, our two greenhouses are no longer efficient enough, and we need more space and better protection for our plants. Extreme weather fluctuations – from scorching heat to sudden cold snaps – are increasingly taking their toll on our crops.

With a modern, taller greenhouse that maintains constant temperatures without heating, we want to future-proof our farm. Your support will help us achieve the following goals:

Earlier harvests & longer seasons: Optimal temperatures protect against cold nights and hot days, allowing us to supply you with aromatic organic tomatoes and cucumbers from the start of summer.

Independence from imports: We’re taking a stand against the pressure from large distributors and securing local supply with authentic organic quality.

Better working conditions: A more pleasant climate and ergonomic work for our dedicated farm team.

We’re significantly extending the harvest season for our organic tomatoes and cucumbers. And we’re doing it 100% unheated.

This is made possible by the tall design of our new greenhouse: it harnesses the natural microclimate to buffer extreme weather. Our plants continue to grow in living, natural soil, protected from cold snaps and drought.
