Who we are and what it's all about:
Hi folks, Arthur and Julien here.
We graduated from a reknowned local hotel school, and we’ve traveled and worked around the world in recent years, doing what we love above all: creating unforgettable experiences. Whether in catering, events or the wine’s world, our motivation is always to sublimate every moment! The time has come to drop our bags and set-up our own project here in Lausanne: STREET CELLAR.
What is it?
A wine bar, which will open its doors in Lausanne-Flon in the first quarter of 2021.
One more wine bar you’ll say?! Well no! We’ve decided to create a unique environment that combines wine and urban culture, to offer a contemporary and friendly experience around authentic products.
At STREET CELLAR, no wine lessons, no extended speeches, no fuss… we offer a sexy selection of easy-drinking wines in a warm place inspired by urban art, that’s it. We want you to be curious, comfortable, and have wine flowing for you and your Clique.
What's special ?!
«Ok, so what’s special about it?!»:
We will serve you wines «in barrels» that come directly from our friends, the winemakers. You can therefore drink as much as you want on the spot and bring your favourite wines with you, in your refillable bottle.
No more empty bottles lying around on your balcony! You bring it back, and we’ll fill you up. We will also offer an uncommon selection of cheeses and street food gems, with good local ingredients of course!
We’re in the starting blocks to welcome you this winter (in all safety), but above all, we really need you!
What your backing will be used for:
- Finance part of our construction (the bar, the kitchen, etc.)
- Contribute to the amazing projects our artisits are already working on
- Build up our stock to welcome you this winter.
- Make OUR dream come true :)
