Hi!! We’re Alessandro and Camila, the creators of RYTMO.
We live in Geneva and love being on the move, staying active, doing sports, learning, and trying new things.
For a long time, we relied on coffee to keep up with the energy we felt we needed. It was the first thing we had every morning.
Until it stopped working the way it used to.
Days with 3 or 4 coffees. Feeling constantly wired. Sleeping worse.
And sometimes, even after drinking it, feeling too anxious to properly focus.
That’s when we started questioning something very simple:
Do we really need this to have energy?
Let’s be honest, coffee itself isn’t the problem.
The problem is how normal it has become to depend on it.
The body already produces energy naturally. And consuming caffeine first thing in the morning can interfere with that process, making you rely more and more on external stimulation.
We tried different alternatives, but when we looked at the ingredients, we kept noticing the same thing over and over again:
- poorly designed formulas
- ingredients in doses that were too low,
- or products that promised a lot but delivered very little.

HOW WE BUILT IT
We didn’t rush this.
We spent months reviewing scientific literature, studying active compounds, and understanding effective dosage ranges.
But we didn’t want to rely only on theory.
So we went to origin.
Functional mushrooms have been used for centuries in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
We travelled to China to better understand how they are grown, processed and used in practice.
We met producers, visited cultivation sites, and worked with partners who specialise in these ingredients.
This helped us focus on quality, traceability and consistency from the beginning.
WHAT’S INSIDE RYTMO
RYTMO is built around functional mushrooms and adaptogenic plants studied for their role in energy, focus and resilience:
- Lion’s Mane, to support focus and clarity
- Cordyceps, to sustain physical energy
- Maca, for daily balance
- Ginseng, to support mental performance
Combined with other ingredients that support digestion and overall balance.
In total, thirteen ingredients form a coordinated system.
