I’m Dorte. I’m a writer, a speaker, coach and mentor. I work with clients who are ready to step up, take charge of their lives, their health their bodies and live the life they dream of. I help them define what that life looks like – not least if they’ve gone through major change recently or feel stuck – I help them be super healthy, slim and beautiful, and to pursue what truly matters to them.
