Handi-Capable Association

Created by parents facing the challenge of raising children with handicaps, the Handi-Capable Association strives to raise public awareness to the realities of life that a person with motor disabilities experiences. It also organizes workshops to enable parents and care-givers to become involved in the therapeutic choices available to their children.
