Die IG Musik Basel wurde 2019 von Basler Musiker*innen gegründet. Wir engagieren uns dafür, dass staatliche Förderung jede Form von Musikschaffen grundsätzlich gleich berücksichtigt. Im Juni 2022 haben wir die Initiative für mehr Musikvielfalt mit 4098 gültigen Unterschriften bei der Staatskanzlei eingereicht. Dies in absoluter Rekordzeit von knapp drei Monaten.
