I am a South African-Swiss citizen. I grew up in Switzerland, travelling often to South Africa. I moved to Port Elizabeth, South Africa in March 2016. I fully started CrossFit in November 2016, starting off with a competition to recover from a breakup (who I think had bipolar disorder). The past 3 years has been trying to find myself after my dad passing away and a divorce. CrossFit is it for me.
