Matthias ist Typografischer Gestalter und Gestalter HF in Kommunikationsdesign. Nach mehreren Jahren Tätigkeit in einem Zeitschriftenverlag für diverse Architektur-Zeitschriften arbeitet er nun seit 2010 in einer Kommunikationsagentur in Zürich Altstetten. Daneben ist er als selbstständiger Gestalter in Schaffhausen tätig. Matthias ist Initiant des Buchprojektes «Klangwerke».
