Steff, French chef, I like human contact, exchange & communicating my passion for cooking. I help train the locals because it’s a rich exchange, even if the person has no experience. Everyone is capable of learning & I’m the first to receive so much during these exchanges.
We traveled through 8 countries of Africa & its culture but since more than 6 years, we consider Zanzibar like our home now.
