Hi Yumetofu Decided to support you. Following the recent news on how much meat production impacts the climate and the COP26 commitment to reduce methane - I think your timing is perfect. I love meat, and nothing (almost) gives me more pleasure than a good steak. But nevertheless I am reducing my meat consumption due to the climate impact, and guess others will do so as well. I cannot think of a better replacement than tofu. Especially if it is as good as the one I know from my travels in East Asia.
ich habe viele Beziehungen zu Japan, lerne fleissig Japanisch und kenne Tofu eigentlich nicht.Dass Soja von weither importiert wird, machte Tofu für mich eigentlich inakzeptabel. Nun also europäisches, biologisches Soja für die Tofuherstellung! Das möchte ich unterstützen!
