What are we doing?

We design and manufacture a solar racing car to compete with more than 30 teams in a 3000 km race that takes us across Australia’s rough Outback. Our success is rooted in pushing the current technological boundaries to their limits by working closely with leading industry partners and academia.

Our goal is to leave a sustainable impact on Swiss students, partners, and the public alike, and innovate in the spirit of excellence. We are representing ETH Zurich and Switzerland as the home of the world’s best engineering.

Why should you support us?

This is ETH Zurich’s first-ever solar racing team. We are a team of over 35 highly enthusiastic students all putting their heart and soul into this project. Prof. Dr. Patrick Jenny along with many experienced coaches have supported us in promoting technologies for a sustainable future and emission-free mobility.

What do we need backing for?

The designs are done, the car has been built, and now the finishing line is in sight. However, we still need your support to overcome our final financial hurdle: The logistic costs in Australia.
