MotherF**K BURGER An entirely homemade Burgers restaurant concept with fresh and Swiss products with a grocery store section. IT IS AN ORIGINAL VISUAL IDENTITY AND UNIQUE TASTE! In the kitchen what we judge is: SIGHT, SMELL, TOUCH, TEXTURE, HEARING AND TASTE

THE RULES FOR MAKING A GOOD BURGER MASTERING THE 4 KEY ELEMENTS The bread: it is the business card of your hamburger, it must be fresh, beautiful, soft, light, good, homemade and original. Meat: it must be fresh, of good quality, homemade minced with simple seasoning. The sauces: choose good sauces, a good relish with a taste, a unique taste identity. The garnish: a good confit, a good cheese, fresh vegetables, bacon with an unequaled taste Finally, a good, well-thought-out blend with a good dosage for a beautiful harmony. This is what will define A GOOD Hamburger and it’s rare to find a burger that combines all these elements.

I created the MFK BURGER in this sense. Created in September 2021. Available for sale through first private then public events. (Ex: FoodTruck, bar etc.) We have already conquered many palaces. Occasionally present on the French-speaking market with customers from all over French-speaking Switzerland. In one year we have a total of ten events, 7 private and 3 public. We total more than 370 burgers sold. During the last event in a bar in Lausanne, we created 74 menus. The legend is launched…

The MFK Burger with beef The legendary ! A burger identifiable among all. An incredible bun, crispy outside and inside with cheese chips, homemade bacon, unique and identity sauce. Years of research and improvement to achieve the perfect blend of flavors with fresh quality products. The one that allowed me to be here today by telling you that this is the best hamburger in Switzerland. Before, it was me who said it, now it’s my clients, tomorrow it’s you.

The MFK Chicken, our 2nd must-have Burger! A Swiss chicken fillet with a crispy breadcrumbs and a secret sauce. It’s already a classic.

The vegetarian MFK, The last to arrive in the family but not the least. This burger will satisfy an increasingly important demand. An all-vegetarian quinoa-based steak that tastes amazing not to mention its tofu bacon. It will also convert the most recalcitrant meats to vegetarian steaks.

You can customize your burgers by choosing the buns and what you want in them as well as different original sauce is striking.

We will offer quality student menus at a great price.

This is what I need backing for.

I currently have a location planned for January 1, 2024 in the city center of Lausanne near schools and gymnasiums. This type of project is viable provided you have a good concept and above all a good location. Today I have both.. I lack the funds. I have to sign the lease for 5 years quickly otherwise I will lose the premises but I lack the funds. Currently I opened a Sàrl and I have 20’000frs but I need 100,000frs minimum to launch the project. around 25,000frs for the equipment. around 70,000frs for the layout. And about 10,000frs for the starting cash.

After 5 years that I created the Relish.ch while working in quotation, I still find myself stuck on the same problems: Lack of time, lack of stock, lack of professional kitchen usable all year round. I NEED A PREMISES to meet the demand and move on to the next level to become independent and to be able to devote myself 100% to it. To do this I need a production room. But it’s expensive to rent and fit out, then you have to be able to live off it, you have to produce enough of it and ensure availability to resellers and customers all year round.

That’s why the MFK Burger project was born because it is complementary. It will allow me to make you discover one of the best burgers with my products that compose it and it would ensure me a daily income to allow me to live from my activity and thus continue the development of Relish and all my associated products.
