This is what it's all about.
In the video above, this is my story and from this need the idea for the project was born. In short, the project consists of eliminating the system of ads and applications to match supply and demand in the world of work! Obviously, the advantages are not only for those looking for work, but also numerous for those offering work. The filter systems of job portals or social networks always come up with dozens and dozens of positions, all of them equivalent a priori, but in reality very few of them respond to the profile, and are skimmed by meticulous manual work (or by indiscriminate sending of CVs to everyone). Recruiters receive hundreds of CVs that are theoretically all equivalent. A workload for everyone, which is no longer acceptable in the 21st century. Hence the creation of a platform which, by means of highly efficient algorithms, automates the comparison process and identifies the best match between «Supply and Demand». For each job position the system will draw up a ranking with only suitable candidates (complete match of the «MUST» requirements). A.I. algorithms will compare the structured relational databases and match employers and job seekers directly according to the needs and priorities of both. My project is special because ...
The only platform that does not require and waste time on job search. All existing platforms and social networks require continuous manual intervention to select proposals. My project brings the following benefits to job seekers:
- No waste of time searching for ads compatible with the profile;
- No loss of resources by applying to positions where there are better candidates;
- No frustration due to enormous effort producing poor results;
- No misunderstanding or misinterpretation of the ad;
- No risk of losing out by not noticing the job for which you are the ideal candidate;
- No risk of being a victim of prejudice and discrimination, such as women, who are always offered a lower salary for the same qualifications due to bad habits.
On the other hand, for the job provider:
- Enormous saving of time (time to market) and resources in searching for the ideal candidate.
- Better understanding of what you are really looking for.
- Better decision-making process, based on objective data and not feelings (e.g. graphic appearance of CV or profile photo).
- No risk of losing the ideal candidate (CV is mistakenly discarded or the candidate does not apply for the ad).
This is what I need backing for.
The capital raised will be used to cover personnel costs for several months of programming as well as platform and hardware costs. About 30% will be used for marketing.
