Hi, I’m Claude, founder of EmpowerVan.
My roots are in Switzerland and Canada, and I learned early on how to navigate different cultures and life realities. Sports have always been an important part of my life—from dance and yoga to martial arts and rugby. They have given me not only physical strength but also confidence and resilience.
