The half-Japanese-Austrian talent has been awarded several awards: 1st prize at the Podium.Jazz competition in Austria 2014, finalist at the Leiden Jazz Award 2021, 2nd prize at the Gexto Jazz competition 2022. Some of his current music projects are: Aseo Trio , Kaiju Project, Loek van den Berg Quintet and NA5.
