Christian Andersen

Passionné de la nature et des plantes, Christian poursuit des études autodidactes en vinification, en fermentation et en brassage de bière depuis 2009.
Ses recherches lui ont permis d’élaborer plusieurs recettes de vins de fruits/fleurs et de bières artisanales.
En 2012, il a fondé la brasserie Glouglou à Genève.
