Die Sammlung, welche bei Coffee Culture ausgestellt ist, wurde seit 2009 von Anita Vietri persönlich zusammengetragen & finanziert. 2013 gründete sie Coffee Culture und nach einem langen Ausbau einer Miethalle konnten ab 2015 ersten Führungen & Workshops angeboten werden rund um Genuss- und Lebensmittel. Im 2020 erhielt Anita für die Sammlung den «Kaldi-Award - Lifetime Achievement».
