Die Galerie Rössli Balsthal wird seit zwanzig Jahren ehrenamtlich von einem Team der Arbeitsgruppe «Kultur im Thal» geführt. Jedes Jahr finden sechs Ausstellungen mit fünf Solothurner Kunstschaffenden und einem ausserkantonalen Gast statt. Neben bekannten Künstlern erhalten auch Nachwuchstalente die Chance, ihre Werke auszustellen.
