After years of working as a Team Leader, I want to go back to my roots. Since I was a child I have been active in the world of oil: from harvesting, to milling, to the sale of a product of excellence. I want to leave the PC to immerse myself in cooking and nature. I am here to make my dream come true and share with you (in a workshop), the culture and characteristics of EVO oil.
