Judith Ellens

Judith Ellens is co-founder of the organization Eaternity and heads the scientific department there. Motto: Together we have the potential to change the world! She studied philosophy and biology in the Netherlands and environmental sciences at ETH Zurich. She enjoys spending a lot of time with her son in nature, doing yoga and experimenting a lot in the kitchen.
