Geboren wurde ich im schönen Iran und habe den Weg über Hamburg nach Winterthur gefunden, wo ich nun gemeinsam mit Sara dieses Projekt leite. Ich bin durch und durch ein visueller Mensch. Zwangsläufig mache ich seit einigen Jahren Filme aus Leidenschaft.
Die Schweiz Tanzt ist heute für mich mehr als «nur» ein Film geworden. Ich sehe in diesem Projekt die großartige Gelegenheit neue Wege im Dokumentarfilmbereich zu gehen.
Dieser Film ist nie starr – wird erst dann greifbar werden, wenn er fertig ist. Bis dahin ist es ein Fluss aus Ideen und Emotionen, die in Wechselwirkung miteinander etwas Neues schaffen.

I was born in beautiful Iran and found my way through Hamburg to Winterthur, where I am working on this project with Sara. I am a visual person through and through. As a result, I have been making films for a couple of years out of passion.
Today, the project is more to me than «just» a film. In this project, I see an amazing opportunity to develop new ways in the documentary field.
This film will not be rigid – it will only be tangible once it is completed. Until then, it will be a river of ideas and emotions, which will in collaboration create something new.
