Co-Founder of two F&B locations in Geneva: la Petite Reine and Susuru, Nour has also been working with the ICRC for the past 7 years as a delegate.
He discovered sourdough bread in Vancouver in 2013. Since then, he's been obsessed with the idea of opening a sourdough bakery in his hometown. In 2020 after a mission in DRC, he comes back to Geneva and founds Sawerdō project with his friends.
