Victor Bavaud

Graduated from the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, I acquired various experiences in the world of gastronomy.

I also worked for the Chef Philippe Rochat in Crissier and at «Le Manoir Aux Quat'Saisons» under the direction of Chef Raymond Blanc near Oxford.

These achievements allow me today to implement this project.
