After many years working in the humanitarian sector, I want to start this project that had been in my mind for so long and impatient to make it happen.
I want people who share common passions to meet, share experiences, to give the opportunity to chefs, even non-professional ones, but with real culinary talents, to be able to give lessons, to make a living out of this activity.
