My name is Patrick Marxer, I am a trained laboratory technician and have been fascinated by food since childhood. In 2009 I founded DasPure, with my 6 employees I produce organic delicacies in Wetzikon. For a long time I have been working with vegetable proteins, this year I created the Lentil Tempeh. This is where we will start in the next years.
