The Bateau-Lavoir is a café-restaurant and operates as an unsubsidised social enterprise.

Our objective is to facilitate the socio-professional reinsertion of young people who have dropped out, through short- or medium-term work placements in the catering trade.

Our operation relies totally on the commercial activity of the restaurant, without external subsidies or support.
